Current Status
Turned out that the “depressed” part of waking up yesterday “tired, unmotivated, and depressed” was just my system physically misreading the first two as meaning the third, sort of like how booming subwoofers from a car get physically misread as an anxiety attack, and the motivation part shifted once I switched up the tools I was using for a project.
Now
Reading a lot; in recovery from blogging; watching Red Sox baseball; failing to turn spring decluttering into spring cleaning; maintaining the resumed the daily walk, if only the first loop and not exceeding “middling” pace.
